Junior Girls Cricket is a key part of the Blackburn Cricket Club family.  Since 2016, the Blackburn Cricket Club has fielded All Girl Teams compete in the Inner East Girls Cricket (IEGC), which is a co-operative effort between the Box Hill Reporter District Cricket Association and the Eastern Cricket Association, and helps strengthen the cricket pathway for females in the region.  The IEGC All Girls Cricket is aimed at 8 to 17 year-old girls, and helps bridge the gap for female participation opportunities between Woolworths Cricket Blast and Bartercard Premier Cricket.

Currently 3 levels of All Girls competition are supported based on ability and age - Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3.  The All Girls Cricket games are held on Wednesday evenings throughout the season, but in the upcoming 2020/21 season, some games will be held on Sundays.

Girls are also welcome to join in the BCC Friday and Saturday Junior Cricket in Mixed Teams.  Blackburn has a strong history of Girls successfully climbing the Cricket Pathway, with many great examples of BCC girls going on to play Junior Representative and State Cricket.

Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.

Registration costs just $122, and all new registrations receive a training ball, training top and players cap.
