Season Summary
SEASON SUMMARY
The boys have had an enjoyable time on Friday nights with some memorable moments with the bat, ball, in the field and just from the experience of playing the game.
For a few boys it was their first season and they will develop and gain more experience and confidence in their next season.
The number one priority at this level is to:
ENJOY THE GAME!
ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE!
ENJOY THE MATESHIP!
A SPECIAL THANKS for the fantastic support from my great assistant Andrew Horsnaill, who at training and match days was a very positive influence on the boys . Also, Elena Horsnaill who behind the scenes “enjoyed” preparing all the emails, rosters, scores etc. A thankless task, that was very much appreciated by myself.
Thank you also to Peter Strahan for his assistance at training and scoring at matches, again another difficult job, well done “Tiger”.
Finally, thank you to all the boys and their parents for the support during the year. I’m sure they have shared the experiences at home or school from our Friday night encounters!
