SAFEWAY BLACKBURN SOUTH SUPPORTS BLACKBURN CRICKET
Blackburn Cricket Club extends its great appreciation to our local
supermarket, Safeway Blackburn South, for their generosity in supporting our
club this season by providing us with a gift voucher to assist with some of
our purchases for our canteen. For many years Safeway have being big
supporters of Kids in the Community, promoting their participation in all
aspects of sporting activities.
Store Manager, John Symes, is a cricket lover himself, and he passes on his
best wishes for a successful year for our Club. Hopefully come March 2010
we can give John the news of finals action for our senior and junior teams.
