Blackburn Cricket Club

Well the season has started and were off and running.

It started last Thursday night at our season launch, with a great training session and wonderful attendance from life members, past players and club members and fans.

Our guest speaker for the evening was Neil Robertson, whom parted with plenty off wisdom and antidotes of his career at Blackburn C.C.

We also held a some special awards for great achievements of past players, this was a wonderful addition to what is always a great night. Special framed scorecards were presented to Bob Croft, Ian Cullen, Peter Foster and Karl Taylor. The scorecards are now in our online Honour Board.

We have got off to a good start with 3 wins from our four teams, with a ripper and tight  win for our 1stXI against arch rivals Vermont. For all of the scores and special mentions click on the Live Scoreboard.
