Milo in-2-Cricket and Under 10's Presentation Night

Wow, what can we say!!! What a Night...

The weather interrupted season sure did not deter our young up and coming

Blackburn girls and boys on their last session.

We were delighted (and extremely proud) of our youngsters, who showed their spirit and enthusiasm last Friday, 27/2, to finish off their cricket year in true style.

Congratulations to our 91 Milo-in-2-cricket participants who enjoyed their Friday night introduction to cricket with such vigour. Watching the spritely eyed girls and boys each week participate in such an active and energetic environment was a great joy to witness.

Likewise, our Under 10 contingent was equally enjoyable. They love the game, love playing with their friends, and much more, they love the support their family give them.

The camaraderie between them all was overwhelming.

It has been absolutely fantastic to see so many parents, siblings; grandparents and friends, each week on the oval or in the stand watching the teams enjoy themselves. These kids are the future of our Club, and I would like to thank in particular our Junior Co-ordinator Eddie Lee and our Milo in-2-Cricket co-ordinator, Regan Kunst.

Without them our programme would not be such a success.

There are also many people behind Ed and Reagan's efforts also, and to those coaches, parents, members, younger brothers/sisters who are too young to join us yet, we say thank you for what has been an absolutely fantastic year of cricket for our kids.

Your efforts do not go unnoticed.
