Under 18 Side 2015-16

Our Under 18's are notoriously difficult to commit and we have trouble as a club determining if the side will go ahead each year. So to help the club t o plan and to help kids interested play 18's at another club if we do not field a side the following stage gates are in place.

Sunday August 30th at 5pm . 8 players must  be registered.

Sunday September 13th at 5pm . 11 players must be registered.

If we dont meet these stage gates then we will not field a side.

Under 18's is played Friday night starting at 5pm and is a fantastic bridge between the junior and senior club. Training is Tuesday and Thursday night with seniors.

We need players interested to commit and register via the online portal. Link below.

Welcome to the Blackburn Cricket Club

Blackburn Cricket Club was formed in the late 1880s at Morton Park and was a foundation member of the Box Hill District Cricket Association in 1891.

The Blackburn Cricket Club remains a member of the Box Hill District Cricket Association and is represented by 4 senior sides plus a 20/20 side, with the first XI playing in the competitions top grade;Macintosh Shield.

In the most recent season, the club fielded a total of 18 junior cricket sides in addition to running an In2Cricketprogram for 5-8 year olds and T20 Blast. This participation and development of young cricketers is central to the clubs activities as it continues its association with local schools and communities and also helps to ensure the clubs future.
